The 7-day return policy applies only to online purchases made through ShopJordanStore.com.

In-Store Purchases — FINAL SALE

All in-store purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or refunds, including through the online return process.

Online Return Window

Customers must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags, packaging, boxes, and accessories included.

Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or are missing original tags, packaging, boxes, or accessories will not be accepted and the return request may be denied.

Inspection and Approval

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Jordan Store. Meeting the 7-day return window does not automatically guarantee approval of a return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Final Sale Items

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
